Maya 3D software update is coming for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch, developer reports

The update comes with an entirely new way to draw on the screen: the ability to use the Touch ID sensor for fingerprint recognition.
The iPhone, and possibly other Apple devices, have the capability to scan the Touch IDs of any two fingers, and the update adds support for that capability for the iPad.
You’ll need a third-party app like TKTouch to capture the TouchIDs.

It’ll include the latest software, new hardware, and a bunch of cool features like 3D Touch support.
Apple’s iOS 11.2 beta includes a new option to enable the 3D touch functionality in a future update, which will allow you to use it in apps like Siri or Maps.
The iPhone X and XS models of the iPhone will launch in the US in October, priced at $999.99 for the 12-inch model and $1,999.95 for the 18-inch and 24-inch models.
