How to get a job at Microsoft?

When you’re in the tech industry, you’re always in search of a job, but in the last couple of years, the tech landscape has seen a surge in people turning to temporary work for extra cash.

One such job, however, is that of a software developer.

With some 30% of all jobs in the industry now held by people with software skills, there’s a growing demand for those developers.

But, for some, it’s not easy finding work.

We talked to several people who are looking for temporary work, and found that the challenges are varied.

We spoke to one person, for example, who’s working in the software engineering industry.

He told us: “I had a good time at Microsoft and I’ve been looking for work for a while now, but I’m not sure if I’m a good fit for the company”.

The person said he’s looking for something like a “team-based position” where he’ll be working with others to deliver projects to customers.

“I just want to be able to do my work as a freelancer, which is where I feel I have the most room for growth.” “

One person interviewed by the ABC for this article said: “It’s hard to say whether or not I’m good enough to make the cut, but it’s hard for me to see how I wouldn’t be a good candidate for a team-based or software engineer role”.

Another said he’d be interested in a “technical” role, but was unsure if he’d have the right skillset to land that one.

“It depends on what the job description is for that particular role,” he said.

“The most important thing is to have a great attitude and work ethic and I just don’t have the skillset or attitude to be that.”

Another person told us they’d like to work for “big companies” but was unable to find a job.

“There are some jobs I want to do, but they don’t necessarily have the level of expertise that I need,” they said.

Another person who’s been looking at job boards for a long time, but hadn’t worked in a long while, said he didn’t expect a good outcome.

“Most of the people on the job boards I’ve looked at are really nice people,” he told us.

And the problem is getting worse.

“We’re starting to see an increase in companies who are hiring for jobs like software engineers or software designers,” said one person interviewed for this story.

“These are people that are passionate about their craft, they want to develop the software that is required by the business.”

But, they said, the industry is still struggling to fill its ranks.

“As of today, only around a quarter of people who have a job in software engineering are actually doing it full time,” said another person interviewed.
